Appendices
A. Biblical Source Map of Bread
The biblical source map gathers the textual substrate for the whole book: staff of bread, bread of toil, bread from heaven, daily bread, bread of life, showbread, grain offering, and the counter-tradition of “not by bread alone.”

B. Gospel of the Hebrews Fragment Dossier
The fragment dossier preserves the evidence for the mahar (מָחָר) or “tomorrow” reading of the Lord’s Prayer. Its evidence remains apparatus-heavy and confidence-labeled because the source tradition is fragmentary.

C. Lexicon
The Multilingual Glossary gathers the book’s recurring Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek, and Latin terms. It keeps the romanized form beside the original script, then gives a plain-language gloss.
D. Reading List
The reading list separates primary sources, biblical-language tools, patristic and medieval theology, milling and food-policy history, and contemporary metabolic-health literature.
